Rewards and benefits

Competitive salaries

  • The pay rates of bargaining unit (unionized) staff roles are set out as part of the collective agreements with our different unions. Consult the appropriate collective agreement for information about the bargaining unit pay rates.
  • Exempt (non-unionized) staff roles are paid at a competitive base salary based on market rates for representative benchmark jobs. The salary structure is designed to maintain competitiveness with the pay levels of comparators in the relevant markets, all while achieving fiscal responsibility to act in the public interest.
